Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders leave within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs checks or busy periods.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page.
Customs and duties
Prices are shown in your local currency. Orders to Spain and Ireland are shipped within the EU, so no customs duties apply. Orders to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at spookora@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
