30-day replacement or refund guarantee
If your order isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us for a replacement or a full refund. Just email spookora@hotmail.com with your order number.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (in the UK under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and in the EU under the Consumer Rights Directive). Tell us by email and return the item within 14 days of telling us.
How to return an item
- Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging where possible.
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days to the original payment method, including the original delivery charge (if any).
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email us photos as soon as you notice and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Condition of returned items
For change-of-mind returns, please send items back unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached.
